When restarting a recording, can we make it possible to change the screen selection at that point?

For example, you may have started recording at fullscreen, then realise you want to discard that recording and start again and select the correct screen or window/app.

The only options are to restart on the same selected screen, or press STOP, which starts the upload process - which can't be cancelled.
