Bring the brief upload back to beginning

It seems weird there is no option for uploading a brief or supporting documents until the last page.

I agree, could we have the second tab be the brief pls? The assets and the brief are the two things most clients are ready with when submitting a proj - they don't really need a script editor for most editing projects as the soundbites are within a video asset already.
