They have requested for Elevates in Chinese, Vietnamese and Thai address the APAC market. Our app and database is able to support non-latin characters. However with further tests, we verified that cloud composition was unable to process these languages. Cloud composition is currently limited to languages with words separated by spaces. Further development would be required first before our keyword matching technology could support languages with no clear delimiter between words. Robin G: Making this update (should not)* affect our patent on Elevate. Marcus: We got lucky with Indonesian as it has no special symbols. Vietnamese is a bit more latin based, but is still failing. Not To Be Confused With NA Solutions / Features 1) Overhaul cloud composition to support non-latin characters. (e.g. Chinese, Vietnamese and Thai) 2) ALT - UNTESTED - At the cost of user experience, place spaces between non-latin characters. E.g. Instead of "我是Tom" use "我 是 Tom".
