The pricing is tiered based on type of video, gear needed etc. Once we have worksuite, is there a way to link that database with choosing videographers in our system? Then it will have to filter videographers based on location and the tier.

New users cannot find projects to collaborate as the filter is not obvious - multiple times a week Or add a message/tip to be displayed when no projects are visible: "Tip: Toggle through filters to see other projects owned by everyone in the workspace!"

Can we add a hot key for switching between versions on the video page? This will be massively helpful during Internal review process and generally checking older videos. Maybe [ to switch to previous version and ] for switching to next version?

Change AUD $900 to $1000 for a 4h booking in the Client Pricing Estimate please. Please add the equivalent amount to the other regions/currencies. Since the new pricing updates, I've found that this increase for the clients would mean we don't have to add a cost for parking or similar additional expenses incurred after the shoot.

Hi Tech Team, could we have more language options for captions? My clients also need the following languages: Thai Bahasa Indonesian Simplified Chinese/ Traditional Chinese Vietnamese Hindi And maybe a special customisable space for other languages not listed.

Got asked by a client whether we have the option to publish videos straight to Vimeo rather than downloading them. Didn't seem like a bad idea so thought I'd add it here!

Cmd C (for copying) also triggers internal mode, so it would be great if it didn't. (Maybe 'I' for internal?)

This has been a problem. Client see its available in the platform and adds it to an animation. Then we have to tell them it's not possible in that time which is creates unhappy customers. Please take it off the animation projects.

A Shootsta user should always be able to request changes on a video, regardless of amendments remaining on a client's behalf.

At the moment clients are only able to request Social Iterations during the initial submission of a project. This means that if a project needs an iteration during the Review stage a client can't create one themselves and it must go through the PTL to create one on our end. As this is a common request that comes through it would be good if Social Iterations could be made through client self-service at this stage. It would also be useful if clients could request Social Iterations on Completed projects and be given the chance to brief them in. At the moment the best workaround is to create a whole new project and refer back to the original.
