Platform - Feature Requests

The only way to add a purchase order is during the "Draft" stage before a client submits a project for editing. Because of this, clients are reaching out to ETL's or the finance team to add a purchase order number via email when a project is being finalised in the platform. This is becoming messy and has been a feature request from clients recently.

Clients continually are needing us to put projects back into still building to add footage to their projects. Is there a simpler way they can add assets to a project while it is in editing?

Could we add in a warning note when clients submit amends to ask if they have added all relevant comments, or grey out the submit button until comments have been added? There have been a few times where clients submit with no comments, either accidentally, or following email comms, which makes it confusing for any editors/reviewers not in the comms outside the hub.

At current a user needs to comment or message an editor to get the captions added to a project. rather than having to comment, and know to request, it would be good for an efficient way for a user to inform the editor that they are happy with the versions and ready for the caption file as well.

To be used in QBR / renewal discussions, clients often ask for a breakdown of their credit usage. Other option would be to make the data accessible directly in the client workspace.

In normal view mode, the current behaviour makes sense (ALA YouTube). When reviewing and commenting however, the controls should be below the video to allow access to the whole video for commenting.

My client, PwC UK, has social iterations included in their contract. I cannot select this as an included add-on when setting up their account, and so when they select the social iteration they are faced with an invoice and Accounts are then forced to implement a manual workaround to stop the invoice going out to the client. Please can we add social iterations as an option in the included contract add-ons?

A client noticed once the video had been moved to complete, they couldn't download the SRT file anymore.

Main point of contact for Elekta was working with their president to do a keynote speech using the autocue. They voiced that anytime an edit was made in the script on the app, all the speed and font size settings were reset which was immensely annoying. So much so to the degree the president promptly shipped the kit back despite our point of contact suggesting he hold onto it a bit longer in case they needed to shoot more content with him. In the spirit of simplifying video, hoping we can get this updated. —- When playing the script, the font size or speed automatically goes back to default (4.5 and 60). When you adjust the size, the speed changes back (and vice versa). When stopping the script mid-way, and playing it again, it automatically starts from the beginning. When this happens, when we scroll back to where we were, the app keeps crashing. When reaching out to 64 size font and increase, the text completely disappears. Sometimes, when we are set (68 size and 3.5 speed), and we switch the iPad to landscape mode, the Text disappears as well. —- Tweak the app icon to distinguish from v1 Tweak the store listing to distinguish from v1
