FOR BULK download, it's for clients who has a lot of Camop requirements. The challenge I hear from them is, it's so inefficient for them to review videos via the HUb, because 1. Videos doesn't load properly 2. Halfway watching the video, the hub reloads 3. They cant easily skip to a useful prt of the video (since the hub doesnt provide the duration when we review videos there)

Currently 'edit team' is auto assigned and ETLs can use this to filter their projects. However, sometimes, projects need to be assigned outside of the ETL team (e.g podcast to Ben Oakley) but the ETL still wants it in his/her team to be able to track easily. As such, can their be a feature such that the Edit Team can be manually re-assigned

At the moment, the only way to get from the review page to the traffic page is by copying the project name/ID and searching for it in the q which is not ideal and is time consuming. For example - when we get a camop job notification, it takes us to the review page, and then we need to search for it in the q in order to get to the traffic page and change the owner from there.

At the moment, the comments appear kind of all over the place and the editors are having a hard time following the comments so I’m pointing them to the “full project brief” where it’s kind of like the old hub where they can see all the comments in order on a specific asset. But I don’t think the order of the assets themselves is saved from the clients side, which is quite important as well. So I think we can think of having the assets order reflected on our end, and that way it’ll be much easier to follow the comments. So right now we use this section only when we don’t have many comments, but if there are comments on multiple assets, this is when it starts to get confusing and this section becomes kind of useless for us.

Reason for project going on hold to be included in the client email that is auto sent - same as with SLA changes.

the current screen (screenshot attached) looks like an error page, and the search function isn't very visible. We can either populate it with "most popular" assets, or any random research, to show that there are options + make the search bar more visible. Also, when searching for a video, the response while assets are loading is "0 result", which is not a good look. Can show "loading", instead of "no result"?

It would speed up time if we can see if a project came in as an animation or a regular video edit in the main queue. Maybe color code it or label it animation. Right now there is no indication of what type of project it is. We have to click on each project and check to see if its an animation. Can we display this earlier please so the ETLs can send it to the correct team? Clients often don't say Animation in their project name, so the filter wont pick it up either. Thank you

Show all users in the Organisation & have a filter showing those who have accepted the invite and those where it is pending. Fujits added 139 users but they can only see ~40 and less than half have accepted so they dont know who has/hasnt without and AM asking Tech for a report each week.

The ability to search by user/project owner would be useful (traffic page, looks great on the client side!)

We should be able to export & filter data regarding clients' subscriptions (Credit quota, SLA etc) + (ideally) stats on their usage (type of projects created, number of users (would help the AMs build their QBR/yearly review)
