1- Satisfaction with edit (which is broadly a direct reflection of the editor)
2-Turnaround time (lets us know whether AM should look at end-end and see if too many amendments, sat with them etc)
3 - Overall experience with Shootsta on this project (links to tech i.e HUB, cam-ops, creative)
4 - Any comments (optional)
The single 5 star rating is, what 5s of input from client and above is around 30s to tick three boxes and maybe a short sentence (which, ultimately we want to be able to promote automatically internally in some form)

Allow feedback option when client approves a video
Encourage clients to give positive feedback to the editors once the video is approved :)
