The ability to filter the media library by Region Teams or Users

The ability to filter the media library (region or teams or users for example) so we don't have all the media/assets made by shootsta employees mixed. This would be great for House keeping purposes and to be able to collaboratively work on some video projects with AM/Sales within a same country team.

Looking at this. We can use the existing tagging to tag and search regions. We've planned a specific user filter, to filter by specific owners
