Traffic management notes in queue

As someone in a traffic managing position, being able to quickly oversee and understand the queue and how it relates to all the Production staff could be made easier.
On each row of the queue page we currently have details pertaining to an individual project: Client, Editor name, SLA etc. What would be really helpful (perhaps over on the far edge) would be a small note box in which an ETL/AM or other traffic managing role can provide some top-line context about the project to mitigate endless back and forths between AMs and other staff in IMs.
For example; Assigned to Jess, put on hold because title card was corrupt, client agreed SLA wasn't urgent, reassigned to Marissa. Second in series, refer to original project...
This would then mean any one managing editors' queues throughout the day will be able to quickly see and understand all the various projects without having to go into projects individually and speak to multiple people (and/or create separate documents to track critical project comms).
Essentially a box for all relevant Shootsta stakeholders to provide context to a video that lives outside the client's own brief, and specifically living on the queue page, not within the project itself.

It all just plays into the wider concern we have in EMEA (and I imagine other regions as well) about consolidating comms and ensuring nothing is ever missed, regardless of who's talking to the client.

very useful for Creative team too, as we often dive in to try and understand feedback from a video based on a series of emails or chat messages.. would love to have that context on platform in a short easy to find form
