However, they are still able to receive emails from the Platform when a workspace invitation is sent. The recent update from noreply@shootsta.com to elevate@shootsta.com did not allow elevate completion emails to be sent to SF either. Solutions / Features 1) As a WS admin, I would like to configure the default email notification template for completed Elevates, so that I can select what complies with my organisation's digital security needs. 2) As a WS admin, I would like the option to select an email template with a just the Download link and Splash page link. 3) As a WS admin, I would like the option to select an email template with the Download link, Splash page link and video preview thumbnail. 4) As a WS admin, I would like the option to select an email template with all features. (e.g. Writeup, Download link, Splash Link, GIF) 5) TBC - As a WS admin, I would like the option to select an email template with a link, that will bring me to a web link with all features. "Hey Lisa!") from Scriptless or Blank templates, so that I can use it for a wider variety of use cases. Engineering Mid-low effort. Not To Be Confused With WORKSPACE STATS - Overall Usage Statistics Solutions / Features 1) As an WS admin, I would like to access my user's created videos , so that I can quality assure their created content. 2) As an WS admin, I would like the ability to take my user's videos offline, and write some remarks , so that I can QA content that is being made public and gatekeep on my organisation's policies. 3) As an WS admin, I would like a to dashboard where I have an overview of all my user's videos statistics from videos created to videos without shares, so that I can monitor their progress for content creation.

Not To Be Confused With End-user management for Splash page Solutions / Features 1) Splash Page Logo needs to cater for landscape type logos. It should also provide an option to reference the Platform's client-logo. 2) There should be another tagline between the "Hey Jared" and the video. 3) The animated background (Typing hands), should allow for other options. 4) The testimonial videos, should have a selectable thumbnail image, instead it using the first frame in the video. 5) The testimonial videos, should allow the selectable thumbnail image to be posted without the video. 6) Contact details should be optional (branch into allow users to select spash pages)

As we need to use the Embed function to insert videos on Qwilr now, we need to finetune the code (Qwilr doesn't let us add title / description if using iFrame). Can the code include both a Title & Description field, on top of the video?

If users miss or inaccurately describe trigger phrases, Elevate may not produce the desired result. Not To Be Confused With NA Solutions / Features As a user, I would like the teleprompter to highlight keywords that I need to emphasise on, so that I do not get any undesired results. 1) Elevate Scripts are sent to the app in special formatting. (Exists) 2) Encapsulate keywords in parenthesis or similar formatting. e.g. The {quick} brown fox. 3) Phrase and highlight (yellow) encapsulated keywords in the teleprompter.

A lot of the apps like instagram/tik tok/facebook/linkedin live are shot in portrait, could we create a portrait mode option in a scriptless template, so that we/our clients can create videos for social media that are branded with their logos and lower thirds? Solutions / Features 1) As a user, I would like the scripless or blank templates to have a portrait recording mode, so that my footage can appeal or relate more towards my audience on apps like instagram/tik tok/facebook/linkedin. 2) TBC - As a user, I would like the scripless or blank templates to have an optional "Portrait box" overlay while I record in landscape mode, so that I can choose between a Portrait or Landscape video composition output. (Experimental) Engineering If solution 1 is chosen: 1) All assets are currently landscape. Additional asset designs in portrait mode are required. 2) Cloud Comp is engineered for landscape only. Enhancements are required to support portrait. 3) Each WS can only support 1 lower third type. Enhancements are required to support portrait lower thirds.

As a WS admin, I would like to see the "Total Workspace Videos" instead of “filter ranking by” on the leaderboard so that I can easily understand how much value I am getting. 2) As a WS admin, I would like to have a comprehensive dashboard of workspace statistics on Mobile or on Web, so that I can gain insights, steer my organisation's content creation and evaluate my ROI on Elevate. 3) As a WS admin, I would like the Workspace Statistics to show Total Users, Total Videos Created, Total Shares, Total Templates and Average No. Of Videos Created Per Day so that I can better understand my ROI on Elevate. 4) (TBC) As a WS admin, I would like the Workspace Statistics to show me a Regional overview, of where my videos are being watched or shared the most. 5) (TBC) As a WS admin, I would like the Workspace Statistics to show me a Per-Template overview on which template has the most shares, or most number of videos, so that I can understand how it that template is making an impact. 5) (TBC) As a WS admin, I would like the Workspace Statistics to display a histogram of the number of videos created vs. number of shares, so that I can draw a correlation between events within and outside of Elevate.

However B2B clients usually have marketing tools of their own which include Google Analytics, Act-on, etc. This form of integration is important for B2B clients as they have already have an entire marketing workflow developed and integration with this will likely be one of the key purchasing points. The current splash page does not have such a component that will allow such integration. Not To Be Confused With NA Solutions / Features 1) As a workspace admin, I would like to to embed NON-VISIBLE 3rd party analytics/tracking code onto the splash page, so that I can use my own analytics system to track my Elevates. (e.g. Google Analytics Embed Code) 2) As a workspace admin, I would like to to embed VISIBLE 3rd party CTAs/FORMs/OrSimilar onto the splash page, so that I can use my own analytics system to track my Elevates. This requires Vid-Prod and Tech to create the Lower Thirds, causing a bottleneck for client onboarding en-mass. The current model can hold for B2B but will not suffice for B2C. Not To Be Confused With NA Solutions / Features 1) As a user, I would like my lower thirds to be generated automatically when my account is created, so that I need not wait to use the app. 2) As a user, I would like my name and title to be included in my lower thirds, be it on creation or update, so that I can immediately use it. 3) As a workspace admin, I would like to upload my company/organisation logo using the platform, so that it can be used to generate my workspace lower thirds. 4) (TBC) As a workspace admin, I would like to configure the lower third animation effects for the name and title (e.g. fade in / fly in), so that my Elevate will feel more polished and professional. 5) (TBC) As a workspace admin, I would like to upload my lower third logo animation effect as a GIF (optional) so that my Elevate will feel more polished and professional. 6) (TBC) As a Team Admin, I would like to configure the lower third animation effects for the name and title (e.g. fade in / fly in), so that my Elevate will feel more polished and professional. 7) (TBC) As a Team Admin, I would like to upload my lower third logo animation effect as a GIF (optional) so that my Elevate will feel more polished and professional.
